Activate License Key

How to activate your SKILLQUBE license key – whether you’re an existing customer or joining our simulation community for the first time.

Overview

You can activate your SKILLQUBE product using a license key in qubeCLOUD. The process differs slightly depending on whether your organization is already registered or new to the platform.

1. You’re an Existing SKILLQUBE Customer

If your organization already has a qubeCLOUD account, you can activate the license directly within the platform.

Important:

You need to have either the Device Manager or Organization Administrator role to activate a license key.

How to activate:

  1. Go to cloud.skillqube.com and log in

  2. Navigate to: My Organization > Devices

  3. Click on Activate License Key

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation

2. You’re New to qubeCLOUD

If your organization doesn’t have a qubeCLOUD account yet, you can register directly using your license key.

How to register:

  1. Visit cloud.skillqube.com

  2. Select Register with License Key

  3. Enter your license key and follow the registration steps to activate your device

Important Notes

  • One-time use only: Each license key can only be activated once

  • License keys are organization-based, not linked to the person who enters it

  • License format: All license keys start with SQ-, followed by a number (e.g., SQ-123456)

  • Existing email address: If your email is already registered in qubeCLOUD, your account must be granted the appropriate permissions before activation can be completed
